Common Problems

PassWORDS are case sensitive. Thus doggie1 is not the same as DOGGIE1. Agents must enter the password exactly as when you registered.

UserID Agents must enter the complete email address, again just as you registered. It must include the @ and the domain name, such as kitty2345@aol.com

Agency Account - On the first registration for an agency select the "Setup Online Agency Account". This is necessary even if you are a long time customer of PFSI. But it only needs to be done once, select "Additional user to existing Agency Account" for subsequent users.

How to Register

If you are an agent you need to register before you can use the features of this web site. Individuals (loan holders) do not need to register as you are automatically registered. See Getting Started information.

Registration takes a couple of steps and an activation process before you can use the features of this site. Registration is a one time process and once completed your account will remain valid as long as you continue to have active accounts with PFSI.

Step 1
On the Home tab click on register

Step 2
Select whether this is the first registration for this agency (Setup Online Agency Account) or you are registering as an additional user (Additional user to existing Agency Account). Enter the information requested and click on Register.

Step 3
You will either be prompted for agency information (Create a New Agency Account) or upon successful registration click on Done. Please complete all agency information and click on Submit when done.

Step 4
There is no step 4. Note that even though you are registered you will not be able to login until your account has been validated. You will receive an email notifying you once your account is ready for your use.

Mutiple Offices

If you have multiple office locations (stores) you can register once and add them on the Agency tab. Make sure each as a unique name by appending the office location or description to the agency name. This will allow you to keep track of contracts generated at each office.
With the one login you can check on the status of all offices.

Multiple Users

To have multiple users each must have their own email address. Each must register and select the "Additional user to existing Agency Account" option during registration. Note this should only be used after the online Agency Account was previously set up.
